28. THE EMPLOYEES LIABILITY ACT, 1938

This Act barred the Courts not to fail any suit for damages in respect of injury caused to a workman only for the reason that at the time of injury, he is working with a person to whom his services are temporarily lent or let by his actual employer. It is a very small Act with only five sections.
